Refund policy


Unhappy with your print’s resolution, colour or other feature? No problem! Contact our customer support team and we will work quickly to fix the issue or refund your order. Initiate a return by following the instructions below:

1) Firstly, do not ship your print back to us as we will determine the best resolution case by case over email or by phone.
2) Contact us by email, [email protected] or phone, (604) 299-0203 to address the issue.
3) We’ll resolve the results you are unsatisfied with or proceed with a refund.


– We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once we receive all the required information.
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
– If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund & Reprint Regulations

– Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date the order was delivered for a reprint or refund. The delivery date is detailed on the tracking label from the shipping provider.
– If you are displeased with the quality of your print, ie. low resolution, inaccurate colour, we will require you to provide pictures of the print received to move forward with a reprint or refund. Please note, that most home computers are not calibrated to the true colour spectrum so variation in the print may occur from the original you uploaded.
– Any damages incurred by the delivery company are their responsibility for coverage.
– If, for any reason, the client finds a print unacceptable and wishes to order a different version of the print, ABC Fine ART reserves the right to strictly showcase the original print as to not incur unnecessary waste. Should the client wish the original print not to be displayed, they will be asked to pay for the cost of the print before they take it into their possession.
– If your order is refunded, only the amount paid on ABC Fine ART will be refunded to the credit card used on your order, minus any expedited or international shipping fees.
– To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund & Reprint Restrictions

– Refunds will not be provided for products damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
– Design service fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to: collage, digital textures, adding text, backplates, proofs, restoration and photo manipulation. Fees are also not transferable to a reprint of a new image, in turn a new product.
– We cannot refund amounts paid to third-party partners for coupons or vouchers redeemable on ABC Fine ART. You must contact the third-party you purchased the coupon/voucher from to receive your refund.
– Expedited and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
– Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a reprint or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

– The refund will take 3-5 business days to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund after that period, first check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

– If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the gift giver should contact us to process any reprint or refund.


– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
– Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
– If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
