Order Timeline for Custom Made Framing Orders
STANDARD (5-9 Business Days)
- Please allow 5-9 business days to complete your order for pick up or shipping after payment is received
RUSH ORDER (3 Business Days)
- Additional 45% of total price or $100 fix for orders over $300
- Order must be received before 3 pm in order to receive next day pickup after 3 pm
RUSH ORDER (Next Day)
- Additional 50% of total price , max $200 fixed fee for orders over $300
- Order must be received before 11 am in order to receive by end day at 6 pm
*Rush orders are not guaranteed. If we cannot fulfill your request, you will be charged only for the regular product price and Rush Service Charge will be refunded
Shipping & Delivery
- To receive your shipment please allow an extra 3-7 business days once your order is completed
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped
- Shipment to remote locations may expect longer shipping delays and different rates
- Larger items may take longer, depending on the delivery company as they can’t be shipped through Canada Post
- Please Note: the cost of shipping is an additional cost to your order
*Please expect higher delivery and handling fees for sizes over 24 x 36 and/or large print orders and/or remote areas. Flat rate shipping fees apply to all orders at checkout. Delivery and handling fees over and above the flat rate fee will be calculated and invoiced in a separate email. In-store pickup at no additional charges.
