Production Technician — Fine Art Printing & Finishing

ABC Fine ART is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Technician to support our fine art printing and finishing workflow. This role is suited to someone who takes pride in careful hands-on work, values quality and presentation, and can contribute to a clean, organized, professional production environment.

Our work is highly customized, so this position requires more than routine task-following. The right person is observant, practical, and able to help keep work moving with care and responsibility. They understand the importance of accuracy, consistency, and follow-through, and are comfortable working within an established workflow while recognizing when something needs attention.

This role may include print handling, finishing, trimming, staging, packaging, and general production support, along with related tasks such as canvas work, mounting, lamination, and workflow organization as needed.

We are looking for someone who is reliable and punctual, works carefully with artwork and materials, maintains a tidy and production-ready workspace, follows instructions and systems well, and brings a steady, solution-oriented approach to hands-on work. Experience in print production, framing, fabrication, workshop support, or other detail-sensitive production environments is an asset, but attitude, reliability, and ability to learn are equally important.

This is a part-time position of approximately 20–30 hours per week, mainly during weekday daytime hours. Qualified candidates will be invited for a paid working trial before any offer is made. The role starts part-time and may grow over time as the business expands.
