Communications Coordinator Position at ABC Fine ART

We are seeking a Communications Coordinator that will be contributing to our services mainly through administrative assistance and sales/marketing work. This job entails managing the email account, phone line, social media platforms and serving as an intermediary between our valued clientele and the team at ABC Fine ART. The ideal candidate will also have basic skills in the realm of photoshop, however we are willing to offer training on this front.


– Responding to emails
– Answering and returning calls
– Placing customer orders
– Understanding and fulfilling customer needs
– Coordinating with the ABC Fine ART team and customers
– First point of contact in store
– Overviewing sales/marketing


– Background in communications
– Strong computer skills
– Business related writing skills
– Photoshop Skills any levels
– Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
– Experience with Google +, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
– Available on Saturdays

Wage: To be discussed (variable – depending on experience)
