• Please allow 2-3 business days to complete your order for pick up or shipping after payment is received

RUSH ORDER (Next Day)

• Additional 35% of total price for orders over $100 or $35 for orders under $100
• Order must be received before 3 pm in order to receive next day pickup after 3 pm

RUSH ORDER (Same Day)

• Additional 50% of total price for orders over $100 or $50 for orders under $100
• Order must be received before 11 am in order to receive by end day at 6 pm

*Rush orders are not guaranteed. If we cannot fulfill your request, you will be charged only for the regular product price and Rush Service Charge will be refunded 

• To receive your shipment please allow an extra 3-7 business days once your order is completed
• A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped
• Shipment to remote locations may expect longer shipping delays and different rates
• Larger items may take longer, depending on the delivery company as they can’t be shipped through Canada Post
• Please Note: the cost of shipping is an additional cost to your order
